    With a deep commitment to mentorship, Miguel has empowered countless individuals and organizations to develop essential soft skills and a growth mindset.     Mauro Cervantes is a seasoned leader in the Philippine steel industry, with a distinguished career spanning decades at Bluescope Steel and a former member of the board of trustees of the Philippine Iron and Steel Institute. His deep understanding of the industry, coupled with his extensive network and proven track record, make him a valuable asset to any organization.
